Two Crucial Steps to Succeed In Life And In Business – Part 2

Welcome to second part in my series on `Two Crucial Steps to Succeed in Life and in Business`.

If you missed the first part, please read it before reading this. You can find part one here:  Two Crucial Steps to Succeed In Life And In Business – Part 1.

Step II: Do The Work

After you specified your burning desire(s) `Go as far as you can see and when you get there – you`ll see further. I mean the next step. There is no need to know in advance all the steps you need to take in order to succeed. You have to take the first step and then go as far as you can believing that in the right the second step will be revealed to you in some way. Remember – always one step at a time. And please forget for a while about `how are you going to do certain things`. By the way, do you know that a word `how` is often called `dream killer`.

There are 2 reasons why people fail:

a)    they don`t do anything. Why – because they don`t have a burning desire to achieve their dream.
So they don`t have a motivation to take action. Right?
b)   they complicate whole process where as it is simple.

Let`s have an example with a networking business. To make it work you need to do those two things:

  1. find interested prospects and
  2. invite them to join your business by showing them a way they can achieve their goals (dreams). It`s not about Your personal goals. They don`t care. Why should they? Once they see that by being involved in your money making opportunity they can get whatever they want or desire – they will join effortlessly without any hard selling or pushing them. Otherwise they may join but after emotions go down within next day or so – they will quit. Or they may stay but You don`t want to spend all your time motivating them to work or even worse – doing all hard work working for them. Do you?

So when you invite them to join – only two things can happen. They can either say `Yes` or `No`. Understand that when they say ´maybe` or `I will think about it` – it simply means No. But people don`t like to say directly `No` and instead look for excuses. Remember that they know their situation better than you and at that moment Your business opportunity might be not for them for many reasons. Yet in some time in the future when the timing is better – they might be ready.

Even when they say No -  you can always sell them your product(s) to create positive cash flow for your business. And in the process create a positive happy customers and who knows – after some time they may ask you how they can join without any your involvement

When they say `Yes` show them the plan – explain how your company makes money, handle questions and sign them up immediately. If they need some time -  do follow up. Usually it takes a few days. And again only two things can happen  - they can say either `Yes` or `No`. Remember that often this first negative reply is only temporary answer and simply means they are not ready to join yet J. And You should always respect that and feel OK with this decision. Believe me – this attitude will save you lots of negative emotions. Not to mention about the respect you gain in prospects` eyes.

After they say `Yes`:

1)   sign them up unless they can do it themselves
2)   start training process
3)   make them buy your products and start using them (building commitment and personal experience)
4)   make them start dream building so they have a burning desire and big motivation to take action
5)   they should start creating their own leads using attraction marketing techniques under your guindance and leadership.

It`s good they start listening to some motivational audios or/and reading positive books on daily basis. Even 20 min a day will do good. Why? It may happen that they will be under negative influence from friends or family, even media etc. So we counteract this or at least make this negative impact Lower.

The whole process is simple because they only need to know the first step. Once they get there – as far as they can see – they`ll see the further step (the second one and so on). Always only one step at a time.

To summarize after they join the should:

-      listen to motivational audios/ read positive books
-      do the work: take action
-      teach others these steps as it is the best way of learning.

I`d  recommend you reading both parts at least a few times more over a period of one weeek . It`s good to make personal notes too. Then of course you should implement described action steps and stronly belive and expect that whatever dream you want  to achieve in your life – is alreday on its way to appear in your life.

Two Crucial Steps to Succeed In Life And In Business – Part 1

This is part one of a series on `Two Crucial Steps to Succeed in Life and in Business`.

Initially I was planning to write it as one long article but then decided to breake it down into more manageable chunks.

This is going to be a very important series if you’re ready to arm yourself with some powerful tools in the battle for achieving your goals, dreams and desires. If you want to accomplish more in your life, have more happiness and contentment then get ready. Here we go…

Step I: Define Your Dream And Have a Burning Desire For Its Achievement

First reason why people fail both in life and in Business is because they don’t do this first vital step at all or do it improperly. I encourage you strongly to start reading a book `Think and Grow Rich` wrote by Napoleon Hill, who studied for 20 years lives some of the richest people in the world. You will learn many laws to success like this one: `Successful people are willing to do what others will not`.

Define Your Dream and Have a Burning Desire to Achieve it.

This technique is so simple and powerful and works almost 100% – that it both amazed and scared Napoleon Hill when he discovered it. Yet most people either don`t even properly define their dream (desire) or have one but focus most of the time on lack of it – thus creating resistance and stopping their dream from coming. Not to mention that in the process they feel frustrated and de-motivated.

So every day take a piece of paper and write down everything you want in your life if money wasn`t an issue at all. Be as specific as you can e.g. write down concrete model of desired car, how you want your new dream house to look like etc. Feel free to add more things during a week and expand your list.

After a week group these things together from the smallest (like I want new shoes, new dress, go to this nice restaurant, pay all my bills etc) to the biggest (go for a fantastic holidays, pay off my debts, buy new car etc). Go out and take pictures of as many of them as you can – preferably including you embedded inside. It`s called `dream building`. Be creative.

Make a beautiful dream book/ dream board and put all your pictures in/on it along with your list of desired things. Also stick pictures in all visible places in your house so you can see/ look at them every day. At least 3 times a day look at your pictures and your list of goals (desires) and read them aloud (preferably after you wake up, in the lunchtime and before going to bed).

At least once a week go out for your dream building e.g. find a BMW dealer, seat in your desired model and touching the wheel  say with gratitude `This is mine, thank you` feeling great and fantastic like if it was already yours. Have you got that?

Remember `You become what you think about most of the time`.

You see most people have only wishes. That`s not enough. Described above process transform all your wishes into your wants, next they become your dreams and sooner or later they will materialize in your Life. You must strongly believe in it.
